Deadlock Challenge Coming to Overwatch

In a surprise tweet from Blizzard, it seems like a new event is coming to Overwatch. While we won't know the exact details until it goes live tomorrow June 22, here's what we do know.

Ashe's Deadlock Challenge goes live tomorrow, and while the specifics aren't known just yet, there are a few things we can infer from previous events.

Typically, character challenges last a few weeks and task players with completing varying stages to a challenge. This could be something like winning a certain number of rounds in any game mode, specialized game modes that tie into the character's backstory, and  more.

While the rewards haven't been announced, a major event like this will usually reward players with cosmetics ranging from sprays and voicelines to an exclusive Legendary skin.
