With the Destiny 2 Deep Stone Crypt Raid not far away there’s plenty that you can do to prepare and make sure that you go into it with the best chance of success. We still don’t know the recommended light level, so it’s definitely wise to level up your characters as much as possible.
If you’re a new Guardian, then in shorter terms Raids are what is Destiny 2’s endgame activity. You’ll need to grab a hold of five other players to attempt one and you’ll need to ensure your gear and weapons are levelled up to a point where you won’t just be stomped on by the foes you’ll encounter. Within each raid there are various bosses to beat that each have different weaknesses and ways of being defeated that you’ll have to figure out, making each battle a puzzle all on it’s own. You will at least be finely rewarded for your efforts though, as each one of these endgame activities comes with its own high-level loot like armour, weapons, and more.
Beyond Light arrived a short while ago and with it comes lots of information that we have compiled in this article to give you as much detail as possible to help you prepare for the Deep Stone Crypt Raid.
Destiny 2 Deep Stone Crypt Release Date
The new Raid releases 10:00 PST / 15:00 EST / 18:00 GMT on November 21, 2020. This means you’ve still a week to level up your characters and certify yourself as “raid ready”. It might be a longer wait than you’re used to, but with all this extra time you can really get yourself prepared.
Destiny 2 Deep Stone Crypt Rewards
One naughty person managed to get into Beyond Light before the release date and was able to grab a few pictures of the rewards for the keenly awaited Deep Stone Crypt Raid. Don’t worry though, they’re all in your collections anyway so you won’t find any spoilers here.
We know there is a hand cannon to get, a sniper, and almost certainly an Exotic rocket launcher. The armour also combines Europa’s icy climate with the gritty mechanical aspect of the game’s Exos.
Destiny 2 Deep Stone Crypt Tips
As it’s not available to play right now, our main tips you should be focused on is levelling up each of your characters as much as possible. You can have your Guardians’ reach the soft cap quite quickly by completing the Widow’s Walk lost sector in EDZ.
Players online are reporting that the mini-boss within will drop a legendary engram each time that is ten points above your current light level, meaning that it’s only taking them about an hour to hit light level 1200. If you’re struggling with this, you can always get our power levelling service to get you there instead.
With that, that’s all we have for you as of right now. We will definitely update this guide as it develops when details become available, but most importantly if you want to make sure you’re ahead of the curve with the loot and the rewards then you can pre-order the completed Deep Stone Crypt Raid here with CarrySquad.
